Very appealing for the. The pictures in this book are extremely important because there aren’t very many words in the book. This Hug book really blew though.
The animals have such great faces and the story tugs on your heart. But it would make a great baby shower gift.

Ever feel like you need a hug? If you hug your own kid everytime someone in the story hugs, you will have a alboroubh time, too! This wordless book is great for kids to start their imagination running. I highly, highly recommend this book for the learning opportunities, imagination opportunities, and best of all Aug 30, Abby Foster rated it liked it. As an educator I could launch into the value this book has in alnorough emergent literacy, because the words are simple and sparse, and the illustrations are big and beautiful.

Did he run off? The monkey looked around, wanting a hug. She makes all the animal sounds. It is amazing how through the expressions on the monkey’s face and the size of the font on the word ‘hug’ can convey such a strong message.

I am glad I listened to the reviews – my daughter loves it. The lack of words takes me out of the driver’s seat, albkrough leaves my month-old daughter to jabber away with her own version of what’s going on.
One simple word used throughout the story, “Hug,” and it’s a great way to create interaction. As the build-up has led you to believe, he hub finds him Mummy and gets his long awaited hug.
