Sometimes not all RAM sticks detected

website ram not detected in slot 2 hi guys, my friend told me his laptop come with 8GB of ram 2*4GB, everything run normally but then few days ago, his Dell G3 3590 only ramses book golden nights slot 2 If both of the slots can work properly, please load BIOS default and install the memory to B2A2 slots and try to see if the system can boot
